We are looking for: One sales and personnel manager for our expanding team in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area.
Your tasks:-to acquire new customers (Kaltakquise is strictly prohibited by us. We work exclusively on a recommendation basis)
-to recruit, train and motivate new distributors. You build up your own company in the company.
-to advise and remove companies in relation to pension provision
-To respond to customer requests regarding your retirement savings and to support you in the best possible way in the implementation.
-Financial reports to prepare and evaluate Our requirements:-fun dealing with people
-assertiveness
-entrepreneurial thinking
-high willingness to learn
-Leadership experience (beneficial) Our remuneration:-performance-related, monthly commission bookings Our company: Our sales organization is divided into two areas:
