Solar coating - self-cleaning of solar modules
We are a manufacturer of photocatalytically active titanium dioxide coatings for surfaces of all kinds.
Our coatings react with (UV) light and decompose organic compounds that come into contact with the coated surface (e.B VOC's, viruses, germs, bacteria, formaldehyde, odors).
For solar modules, we have developed a special coating that improves the light refractive index of the solar glass (less reflection of solar rays - higher energy input into the module), gives the surface a superhydrophilic property and decomposes organic compounds (such as.B oils and fats in the air), so that inorganic pollution does not adhere firmly in the first place and can then be rinsed off with the next rain.
There is an active self-cleaning of the modules and it is not an easy-to-clean effect that many passive nanocoatings promise.
